You will experience Kisumu city and its night life; the famous Dunga beach fresh Tilapia; The Luanda k’otieno ferry and relax at the shores of Lake Victoria in the magnificent Takawiri Island. Enjoy the Western Kenya breeze at Lake Victoria Sands Lodge.
You will also enjoy a waterbus ride to Takawiri Island where you will spend a magical night at the Island.

You will depart Nairobi on the first cock-crow. You can have packed breakfast or choose to grab some (own cost) at our first stop in Nakuru. The drive will take the Nakuru route. The idea is to get to Kisumu in time for lunch. We will head to Ndunga beach where you will have and opportunity to taste the Lake side fresh tilapia.
You will later check in at Great Lakes Hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Kisumu
After breakfast, you will leave kisumu City for Luanda K’otieno to catch the ferry. Depending on time, you may grab lunch along the way.
You will check in at Victoria Sands Lodge.
Enjoy the afternoon swimming and catch the sunset at the shores of Lake Victoria.

After breakfast and morning swim, you will check out and catch the waterbus for Takawiri Island.
You will check in at Takawiri Victoria Sands and later enjoy a scrumptious lunch.
Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach in the west coast and later catch the sunset.
Dinner and overnight at the Island.
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi with lunch enroute at own cost.
Estimated time of arrival in Nairobi is 6.00pm.
